Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor and provide market-leading fitness expertise and motivational support.
  • •Ensure brand standards and club regulations are followed, including equipment cleaning and member etiquette.
  • •Deliver high-quality personal training programs and provide safe exercise correction and instruction to maximize exercise effectiveness.
  • •Complete required training and certifications (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE) and keep product knowledge current with ongoing CPD.
  • •Perform training session administration: update training and new member induction details on the Fitness Enterprise System, manage bookings/diaries/rota, and support monthly goal setting and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education – A level or equivalent.
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or working towards (enrolled).
  • •Complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •Complete minimum 3 CPD points via IDEA Club Connect per quarter and one live course annually.
  • •Maintain REPs certification by completing 10 CPD points per year.
