Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and repair complex powder processing, blending, and high-speed packaging equipment.
  • •Repair and install equipment, guards, and piping using lifting devices if required.
  • •Perform PMs and work orders, including project work, and execute disassembly/diagnosis/repairs/re-assembly to hygienic standards.
  • •Participate in developing a Predictive Maintenance program at Tuas and help eliminate downtime issues.
  • •Maintain safety and GMP/cGMP compliance, complete documentation and reports, and assist with SOPs/checklists/work instructions plus training new employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechatronics equivalent qualifications.
  • •At least 3 years industrial maintenance experience.
  • •Proficiency in SAP and Ms Office.
  • •Familiarity with predictive and preventative maintenance technologies.
  • •Previous experience in a food or pharma manufacturing environment is preferred.
