Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish operations strategic direction and cascade objectives across the workforce for safety, quality, cost, delivery, and profitability.
  • •Oversee Customer Order Manufacturing operations within the Low Voltage Assemblies product line to meet Sales Billed and Operating Profit objectives.
  • •Deploy MESH (Eaton Safety Program), establish/monitor safety and housekeeping standards, and execute required documentation/system transactions.
  • •Plan and monitor key metrics; coordinate manufacturing schedules and priorities to satisfy customer requirements and manage in-process inventory.
  • •Select, develop, and lead staff; administer performance management and plant HR policies; drive continuous improvement using daily accountability, standard work, and Gemba Walks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management/technology, or a business-related field from an accredited institution.
  • •10+ years of strategic manufacturing and operations experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • •Must be willing to relocate to Asheville (Arden) NC.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead operations using continuous improvement frameworks to improve performance metrics.
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree in business or engineering and experience in Engineer-to-Order environments.
