Key Responsibilities

  • •Own inventory health performance improvement initiatives using analytics, governance, and process improvement to improve availability, fill rate, shortages, zero-stock events, AOG support, and allocation effectiveness.
  • •Lead a team of analysts to develop, execute, monitor, and sustain material planning analyses and operational support activities.
  • •Partner with Supply Chain Transformation to deploy and operationalize new planning capabilities, processes, methodologies, and operating models.
  • •Drive cross-functional Material Planning initiatives with project plans, governance, stakeholder alignment, milestones, and performance measures.
  • •Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations and lead root-cause analysis/corrective actions to reduce AOGs and improve allocation, customer-impact material management, and inventory performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in Airline Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Material Planning, Analytics, or related operational functions.
  • •Experience leading projects, initiatives, teams, or cross-functional efforts.
