Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of major aviation and civil infrastructure projects within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment. Provide strategic leadership, oversee project teams, and drive successful delivery from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out. Manage project cost, schedule, risk, governance, and senior stakeholder relationships, including NEC Suite of Contracts experience. Primarily site-based in Dublin with four days on-site and one day remote.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate project delivery and manage interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.
•Coordinate design consultants and external service providers, including design review meetings and design acceptance communication to the contractor.
•Maintain RACI task tracking, project risk register, and provide monthly lifecycle progress reporting (including construction phase activity).
•Communicate design changes to impacted team members and stakeholders and manage the change control process.
•Lead governance and project information flow through regular meetings and written communications; identify opportunities to improve project management procedures and templates.

Key Requirements

•15+ years’ experience delivering aviation and/or major construction and infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle.
•Experience delivering projects in live operational airport environments with safety, operational, and stakeholder requirements.
•Proven ability to manage project delivery on-site with a hands-on approach to infrastructure execution.
•Extensive experience developing and implementing construction project management frameworks, policies, procedures, and best practices.
•Previous experience using the NEC Suite of contracts (client, contractor, or subcontractor) and in an aviation setting or similarly constrained environment.
