Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Power & Energy projects in Burnsville, working alongside multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities

•Assist in developing project plans, defining scope, establishing schedules, setting milestones, and identifying resource requirements under senior guidance.
•Coordinate daily project activities with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to keep tasks on schedule.
•Monitor project progress by tracking key performance indicators, identifying risks/delays, and reporting to senior team members.
•Support budget management by tracking expenses, reviewing cost estimates, and ensuring spending aligns with approved budgets.
•Prepare and maintain project documentation (progress reports, meeting minutes, risk assessments, change orders, and closeout reports) and facilitate stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of project management support experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, project management, or related field (or equivalent technical/engineering firm experience).
•Basic understanding of project management principles with strong coordination and communication skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic project management software.
•Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally with technical and non-technical audiences.
