As a Process Support Engineer, you’ll guide semiconductor equipment and processes through their lifecycle—from concept to final qualification. Provide high-visibility customer support via on-site installations, system diagnosis, service, and repair of complex equipment. Partner with customers and R&D to develop leading-edge process flows, design and run DOE experiments, analyze data statistically, and perform root-cause analysis to resolve challenging process and product issues. Technologies span CVD, ALD, etch, PVD, anneal, and implant.
