Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate and timely pre- and post-settlement processing of FX, CLS, NDF, and Money Market trades to mitigate settlement and market risk.
  • •Investigate and resolve post-settlement exceptions, including failed Nostro payments/receipts and subsequent interest claim settlements.
  • •Plan and initiate business migrations/development to deliver low-cost, high-quality service while minimizing risk and maximizing profit through effective cost/resource management.
  • •Continuously review and improve processes and procedures, communicate changes, and ensure internal audit measures are maintained and regularly reviewed.
  • •Lead, motivate, and develop staff; manage attrition, support contingency/business recovery measures, and maintain quality and productivity standards under shifting operational demands.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3-5 years’ experience in a management position, including appraisals, counseling, team building, and staff development.
  • •Experience in a processing environment.
  • •Strong leadership with the ability to achieve objectives and maintain organization, planning, capacity, and MI reporting.
  • •Ability to build and maintain relationships with business units and provide feedback tied to service level agreements.
  • •Process management skills to initiate process improvements and manage cost/resource efficiency.
