Key Responsibilities

  • •Strat- and create an exceptional store environment to attract and retain customers, ensuring seamless customer experience across channels.
  • •Drive Centrepoint sales and exceed concept sales targets by analyzing business reports, maximizing transaction metrics, and executing promotions/events/campaigns.
  • •Manage store operations including inventory, shrinkage reduction with stock-loss action plans, and ensuring smooth goods receipt across concepts.
  • •Lead people management: deploy staff, conduct quarterly performance reviews, provide coaching and development feedback, and drive learning culture and succession planning.
  • •Own store process excellence and compliance: store audits with action plans, health & safety and security requirements, and compliance with HR policies, ORPOS/SIM/system guidelines, and visual merchandising.
