Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end governance cycle for Operations, including planning, coordination, drafting, and quality assurance of Board and Committee papers, Executive Committee materials, and management/regulatory reporting packs.
  • •Define and deliver the Operations strategy, ensuring alignment to EMEA and global priorities, and translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in operating models, governance structures, and decision-making frameworks.
  • •Act as a central coordination point between OPPD, OAD, and wider Operations/Functions; build strong relationships with senior leaders to influence content and drive alignment.
  • •Oversee cost, headcount, and resource allocation; drive improvements in management information, reporting, and performance tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in COO / Business Management within financial services, including Strategy & Transformation and Governance / Executive Office environments.
  • •Proven experience producing Board and Executive-level materials in a complex, regulated environment with SMF responsibilities desirable.
  • •Ability to define and deliver the Operations strategy, translate it into clear execution plans, and drive governance and transformation initiatives.
