Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles directly to customers using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing a positive, customer-facing experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect the hauler and vehicles to ensure safe driving, complete customer paperwork, and maintain accurate notes in the customer tracking system. The role also requires consistent safe driving and a clean record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
