Junior Finance Specialist (Real Estate)

Process incoming real estate contracts and ensure timely invoicing for taxes and utilities for owners and suppliers. Maintain contract records in the system, keep process documentation updated, reconcile open owner balances, and follow up with owners when needed. Continuously improve real estate processes for efficiency and collaborate across Real Estate departments in different countries while working closely with internal stakeholders.
