Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute service activities such as preventive maintenance, emergency service, faultfinding, upgrades and modifications per Philips quality standards.
  • •Install IGT-systems following standards, test complex networks and ensure real-time patient data requirements.
  • •Maintain complete and accurate service records with attention to test and verification results.
  • •Submit service data, job sheets and field reports timely; escalate to Western Europe service support when needed.
  • •Engage in required product and quality training locally or abroad and act as brand ambassador in interactions with customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Mechanics or Electrical Engineering
  • •Familiar with computer tools and office software
  • •Strong communication and customer relationship skills
