Automotive Quality Lead

Lead day-to-day quality and production in an Inspection Center by managing and coaching hourly associates. Oversee the safe movement of vehicles for repairs, ensure production and inventory goals are met, and review mechanical/physical defects to repair or reject inventory. Partner with the Inspection Center General Manager, train the team using Quality Control standards, and drive first-time repair effectiveness while maintaining systems compliance and a positive, values-driven work environment.
