Job Summary

Lead engineering and maintenance activities at a small but critical manufacturing site, combining hands-on troubleshooting with site-level engineering planning. •Lead the site engineering masterplan and execute smaller capital projects (less than $100,000).
•Own end-to-end capital execution, including scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
•Lead and coach the maintenance department and develop/document maintenance plans for equipment.
•Plan schedules in SAP, order parts, manage work schedules, and maintain accurate documentation using the maintenance tracking system.
•Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform preventative, predictive, and diagnostic maintenance; support production and quality, safety meetings, and food-safety programs (SQF 2000, HACCP, food safety team).

Salary: USD 70,100 - 122,000 annually
