Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the site engineering masterplan and execute smaller capital projects (less than $100,000).
  • •Own end-to-end capital execution, including scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
  • •Lead and coach the maintenance department and develop/document maintenance plans for equipment.
  • •Plan schedules in SAP, order parts, manage work schedules, and maintain accurate documentation using the maintenance tracking system.
  • •Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform preventative, predictive, and diagnostic maintenance; support production and quality, safety meetings, and food-safety programs (SQF 2000, HACCP, food safety team).
