•Define and deliver the global collections strategy aligned to Shared Services objectives across regions
•Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and wider collections team to build a high-performing capability in Prague
•Oversee end-to-end collections activities across all regions and ensure consistency of processes and controls
•Maintain ownership of the collections ledger and ensure timely resolution of accounts, acting as escalation point for complex cases
•Define and track KPIs (e.g., DSO, collections rate, bad debt) and provide insights to senior leadership

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CZK 1,385,000 - 1,731,250 annually
