Key Responsibilities

•Ensure 4th shift work orders are correctly assigned, completed on time, and workloads are tracked for individual associates.
•Train 4th shift team members on the PM Program, work orders, and standard operating procedures.
•Conduct daily inspections and audits, verifying pre-operational equipment status and SOP compliance.
•Maintain and update the Lock Out Tag Out program and ensure GMPs, HACCP, PSM, and safety programs are followed.
•Coordinate with departmental supervisors and the Maintenance Manager on installations, rebuilds, and upgrades, monitor ammonia refrigeration equipment, and complete required reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.35 - 33.95 hourly

•Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and e-mail, plus training in maintenance of CMMS.
•Ability to work safely and reliably on-site (including being on your feet throughout the shift) and manage time and organization.
