Key Responsibilities

•Provide the highest level of service to assigned Mass Affluent Advance and Premier client portfolios, offering personalized financial guidance to satisfy short-, medium-, and long-term needs.
•Retain clients in the portfolio and grow the client portfolio through support from business units.
•Sell and promote Premier products and services, leveraging market knowledge and regulatory understanding to meet client objectives.
•Identify and develop business opportunities within the client base, analyzing client needs and delivering appropriate financial solutions.
•Collaborate with branch operations and other HSBC units to ensure smooth delivery of services and achievement of portfolio targets.

Key Requirements

•Licenciatura en el área Económico-Administrativa o Financiera o Ingenierías.
•Experiencia en servicio y/o atención al cliente, mínimo 4 años.
•Experiencia en ventas, mínimo de 4 años, preferente en el sector financiero.
•Experiencia en productos y servicios Premier, mínimo 2 años.
•Certificación Figura AMIB 1.
