Job Summary

Steer and align the customer’s technology strategy and architecture as the main technological advisor. Partner with the Client Executive Partner and account business development team to define the technology and innovation agenda, place portfolio solutions, drive AI initiatives, modernize architectures, and translate technology roadmaps into measurable business results with clear KPIs. Own governance, executive briefings and innovation workshops, and design cloud, data, AI, security, and integration roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Support identification, prioritization, and securing of portfolio-oriented, technology-driven business opportunities in account and territory plans.
•Develop and own the customer’s AI strategy and roadmap, steer pilots, and operationalize AI deployment models with measurable business results.
•Assess current customer architecture as a trusted lead technology advisor; define target architectures and prioritize modernization initiatives to minimize risk.
•Conduct executive briefings, innovation workshops, and architecture reviews to surface initiatives, risks, and opportunities early.
•Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for cloud, data, AI, security, application technologies, and integration aligned to business priorities and measurable via KPIs.

Key Requirements

•University degree and extensive professional experience.
•Proven experience designing and implementing IT architectures and innovations, including technology roadmap and strategy leadership for digital applications, AI/ML services, and enterprise infrastructure.
•One or more developed AI pilot projects with potential to achieve business KPIs and positive ROI, including innovation outcomes from PoC to MVP to production.
•Experience with IT Managed Services, IT projects, and IT consulting with strong pre-sales involvement.
•Strong coordination with executives, demonstrated customer satisfaction improvements, and continuous executive sponsorship.
