Job Summary

Design and release bill of materials for special pumps, supporting pre-order and post-order engineering. Create and maintain P&ID, piping GAD, tank GAD, isometrics, and ensure correct BOMs aligned to piping/valves specs, instruments, and fittings. Apply relevant ASME and other standards, upload BOMs in MRP, update drawings via engineering change notes, and prepare CS/GA, SPR, mixing shaft, and new part codes, including product clarification support.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain P&IDs, piping GAD, tank GAD, and isometrics across pre-order and post-order engineering stages.
•Access and validate BOMs correctly against piping/valves material specs, instruments, and fittings.
•Apply ASME and other relevant standard codes to support engineering documentation.
•Prepare and release BOMs for special pumps and mixing, including uploading BOMs in MRP.
•Support engineering change activities and drawing deliverables (engineering change note updates, CS/GA pump drawings, new drawings, SPR and mixing shaft drawings, and new part codes), plus product clarification/drawing requests.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•1-5 years of experience as a Design Engineer.
•DME or BE in Mechanical engineering.
•Thorough knowledge of piping drawings and mechanical integrated items (tanks/vessels).
•Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for P&IDs, piping GAD, tank GAD, and isometrics, with correct BOM access.
•Experience with relevant standards (e.g., ASME) and familiarity with tools like Certia, UG, or SolidWorks (preferred).
