•Develop service architecture for speech AI products and build speech-related platform applications and backend service pipelines.
•Implement and apply speech and multimodal dialogue frameworks based on large models in practical business scenarios.
•Explore AI capabilities to enhance product experience and improve engineering efficiency across scenarios.
•Optimize service experience, stability, and performance for speech AI services.
•Provide advanced speech capabilities for related products and help deliver voice interaction experiences at scale.

Key Requirements

•At least two years of backend development experience with distributed systems and microservices principles.
•Strong programming skills with data structures and algorithms; proficiency in Go.
•Hands-on experience with device-cloud communication protocols including WSS and HTTP/2.
•Strong curiosity for large model technologies and ability to quickly learn new technical paradigms.
•Solid system architecture design skills with a high bar for code quality and engineering specifications.
