Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the entire production process to ensure efficiency, quality, timely delivery, and effective resource management.
  • •Lead development and deployment of production strategy and short- and long-range plans aligned to manufacturing performance targets.
  • •Initiate programs to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Environment, Productivity, Cost, and Employee Engagement.
  • •Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient production flow and provide direction, training, and development for team members.
  • •Ensure adherence to safety regulations, Eaton standards/programs (including Lean Six Sigma), and local/ISO-related requirements; support continuous improvement activities such as GEMBA walks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant production/operations experience, including 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • •Strong leadership skills with understanding of operational needs and business objectives.
  • •Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, including deployment and measurement.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP (not necessarily a super user).
  • •Experience in high-mix, low-volume operations and strong analytical skills to identify trends and inefficiencies.
