•Act as a mini product leader, connecting vision, execution, and commercial impact
•Drive transparency and alignment by clearly communicating priorities, trade-offs, risks, and progress across stakeholders
•Ensure all initiatives are grounded in customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
•Identify and drive long-term strategic bets and growth opportunities across the product portfolio

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product management with a strong track record of delivering B2B SaaS products
•Experience owning and evolving product roadmaps and strategy for complex software platforms
•Proven ability to align cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success) around shared outcomes
•Experience gathering customer insights, defining success metrics, and driving data-driven prioritisation and decision-making
•CRM platforms, customer engagement tools, or workflow automation experience is highly desirable
