Job Summary

Lead Adobe’s engagement program with UK higher education partners to drive adoption of creative workflows and AI in design programs. Build relationships with faculty and leadership, translate industry workflows into curricula, and scale training and advocacy across institutions. This role combines strategic partnerships, curriculum design, and cross-disciplinary program leadership to influence creative education and adoption of Adobe’s tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain relationships with faculty, chairs and deans to advise on curriculum modernization, AI adoption, and industry-aligned workflows.
•Translate real-world workflows into course and assignment recommendations to be delivered to faculty.
•Guide responsible adoption of generative AI in design and film programmes and educate faculty and students on use cases, authorship, and ethical considerations.
• design and scale faculty programmes, course pilots, portfolio initiatives, and industry-connected capstones to drive product adoption.
•Enable and lead a team of training partners on top creative and AI workflows

Key Requirements

•Design Workflow Authority: Deep credibility in professional design workflows and creative production pipelines, with knowledge of the film industry as a plus
•Executive Influence: Proven ability to influence academic leadership and complex institutions
•AI Leader: Practical and informed perspective on AI in creative production
•Academic Experience: Experience teaching, lecturing, or developing curriculum in design education
•Project Management: Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution—defining scope, aligning teams, managing timelines and resources, and delivering high-impact outcomes in creative and academic environments
