Job Summary

Lead daily financial crime operations for a team of KYC/AML/Fraud/Screening analysts or specialists, ensuring effective risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and strong customer outcomes. You’ll coach and develop team members, manage KPIs and quality reviews, support complex escalations, and continuously improve processes and tooling. Act as a subject matter expert on money laundering and financial crime trends while partnering with stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient servicing.

•Develop and oversee daily operations to mitigate financial crime risks while maintaining operational efficiency and customer-centric service.
•Lead and coach FinCrime Operations Analysts/Specialists, including performance feedback, development plans, and career check-ins.
•Ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies; guide the team on complex, high-risk cases and escalations.
•Measure and manage team and individual KPIs and quality standards through quality reviews and regular 1:1 coaching.
•Share expertise in financial crime prevention using a risk-based approach, support deep dives on root causes, and propose solutions to senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: BRL 17,500 - 23,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•Ability to coach and build an environment using a risk-based approach to decision-making, including correcting course swiftly when needed.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, producing clear, accurate, professional reporting.
