Key Responsibilities

•Provide onsite support for the development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project based on customer scope requirements.
•Maintain the IMS throughout the program lifecycle by incorporating contractual and programmatic changes into current contract schedule baselines.
•Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements across program phases.
•Resource load the IMS for applicable scope, including target budgets, to show cost/schedule integration traceable to production scope.
•Conduct detailed analysis of the IMS and supporting documents, communicating schedule status and results of critical path analysis, variance analysis, and “what-if” exercises as needed.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study.
•Minimum of 2 years of program planning/scheduling or project management experience.
•Experience using scheduling software for creating and maintaining industry schedules (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
•Ability to decompose statements of work into workable program plans.
•Intimately familiar with applicable government regulations, especially pertaining to program planning and Earned Value compliance.
