Lead a large two-sided marketplace at the intersection of education, career development, and AI coaching. Own supply and demand across 50+ categories, drive category expansion and enterprise partnerships, and operate with real P&L in a fast-moving, AI-native environment from Lehi, Utah.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Expert Supply: recruit, vet, activate, and retain a high-quality bench of experts across categories (human and AI) to drive customer value
•Own Customer Demand: shape how customers find, convert, and are served; optimize the acquisition funnel and retention across categories
•Category Expansion: identify demand, recruit supply, and launch new categories with urgency
•Enterprise: develop and grow AI-delivered workforce upskilling and outplacement programs for enterprise clients
•P&L and Growth: manage the business with ownership, optimize unit economics, and press the right growth levers

Key Requirements

•Experience as a GM, operator, or founder at a marketplace or platform business, or equivalent high-ownership role
•Proven track record owning a P&L or major business line with growth, revenue, or market-share impact
•Ability to design and optimize supply (expert network) and demand (customer funnel) across many categories
•Data-driven with comfort in metrics like GMV, take rate, conversion, LTV, CAC, and NPS
•AI-native mindset; demonstrated ability to leverage AI in product, operations, or growth initiatives
