Job Summary

Lead LabVantage LIMS deployments to improve business outcomes, acting as the liaison between business and IT. Validate customer requirements, drive solution discussions, and partner with SMEs and business leaders. Serve as LabVantage 8 technical lead for implementation and migration across sites, supporting LIMS implementation, improvements, master data scripts, and report development while proactively addressing technical risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive efficient deployment of the LabVantage solution and support LIMS rollouts across sites.
•Act as key liaison between business and IT to validate customer requirements and the deployment solution.
•Collaborate with business partners and vendor teams, providing LabVantage guidance as an SME.
•Analyze and develop requirements, supporting LIMS implementation and improvements.
•Develop scripts for uploading/configuring master data and build LIMS reports per specifications, communicating technical risks proactively.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in LabVantage LIMS development.
•8+ years of hands-on experience in Java and MS-SQL/Oracle.
•5+ years of experience using Agile methodology.
•Knowledge of JIRA, Bitbucket, and Scrum planning.
•Hands-on understanding of JBOSS and strong programming skills with SQL.
