Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests; triage each request by deliverable type, format, quantity, deadlines, dimensions, constraints, and brand requirements.
  • •Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs and manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across teams and deadlines.
  • •Perform print and digital QA by checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs.
  • •Maintain a scalable QA checklist/process and proactively fix errors that would be costly or embarrassing after on-site or launch.
  • •Document and organize assets, briefs, and final deliverables in a shared drive; track vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned while owning risk and logistics planning.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with strong events focus.
  • •Proven experience managing print and digital production; understand dielines, safe area, and why RGB assets can’t go straight to print.
  • •Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage several cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
  • •Sharp attention to detail and comfort being the final line of defense before deliverables ship.
  • •Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers (without needing to be a designer yourself).
