Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and evaluate procedures, processes, records, risks, and controls for sufficiency and effectiveness, including pipeline safety, occupational safety, and environmental areas.
  • •Manage schedules and assist with interviews/panel discussions with internal stakeholders; document and distribute tracking reports to quality assurance management.
  • •Collect and track assessment data as needed.
  • •Identify potential or actual gaps and work with stakeholders to complete assessments; draft and monitor continuous improvement plans (CIP).
  • •Support quality assurance team preparation for regulatory agency inspections and compliance activities aligned with 49 CFR 190–199 and state pipeline safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field with 3 years of quality assurance or industry experience in operations or regulatory compliance; or a high school/GED with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to interact and work with multiple departments and external stakeholders.
  • •Ability to read and interpret federal and state regulations related to enterprise procedures and processes (IIA familiarity is a plus).
  • •Ability to perform algebraic, trigonometric, and geometric operations and/or moderately complex statistical or accounting methods.
  • •Advanced knowledge of software applications for creating complex documents, reports, and graphics.
