Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender documents for ICT, digital infrastructure, ELV, smart building, and smart city systems.
  • •Develop technical compliance matrices, solution architectures, technical methodologies, execution approaches, and design narratives for bid submissions.
  • •Provide commercial and costing support, including preliminary estimates, vendor/subcontractor quotation consolidation, and comparison analyses.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, BIM, operations) and interface with technology vendors/OEMs to gather inputs and support bid strategy.
  • •Prepare proposal documents, technical volumes, executive summaries, presentations, and supporting appendices while ensuring compliance with RFP instructions and company quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •4–7+ years of experience in proposal engineering, pre-sales, or ICT/ELV engineering roles.
  • •Proven experience preparing bids for ICT, ELV, smart building, or smart city projects.
  • •Strong understanding of ICT and digital infrastructure systems including fiber optics, active networks, data centers, ELV, and smart platforms.
  • •Excellent technical writing, proposal structuring, and ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple deadlines.
