Senior Claims Handler (m/f/d)

Handle end-to-end local and international engineering claims for corporate clients, maintaining accurate claims records and reserves. Serve as the primary point of contact for claims-related matters, manage client/broker relationships, and coordinate with Risk Consulting, Underwriting, Operations, and overseas colleagues. Produce management information reports, prepare referral documentation, and report loss information internally and externally. Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert in IT/digital projects and apply AI-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
