Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success in shifting consumer and regulatory conditions.
  • •May manage and develop 1–2 analysts, coaching and mentoring associates to develop and retain talent.
  • •Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products, including product-level modeling/analytics.
  • •Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and define strategic intent for retail-distributed products to inform customer experience and go-to-market strategies.
  • •Drive credit risk step-change improvements by building risk models and testing hypotheses using monitoring and analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or being in the process of obtaining one by the scheduled start date).
  • •Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or an MBA with a quantitative concentration) (or being in the process of obtaining one by the scheduled start date).
  • •A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics, with strong quantitative orientation.
  • •Experience in financial services and/or people management is preferred.
