Senior Data Science Manager, Growth and Optimization

Lead a team of marketing data scientists driving measurable growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll define and evolve metrics, experimentation frameworks, and measurement methods, partnering with Marketing, Growth, Finance, Business Analytics, MarTech, and Applied Scientists. In addition to mentoring and recruiting talent, you’ll collaborate with analysts and engineers to improve marketing analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines and predictive models, and influence senior executives with credible, data-driven insights.
