Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee customer handling areas (check-in, departure gate, transit, arrival) and ensure accurate, prompt execution by staff and handling agents.
  • •Assign pre-flight duties, run de-briefings, and address discrepancies; direct check-in staff during passenger irregularities (invalid documents, denied boarding).
  • •Direct handling of excess baggage charges, including decisions on charging and waiving, and keep required records updated for downgrading/offloading customers.
  • •Maintain relationships with customs, immigration, security, police, medical, cargo, ground transport, catering, duty free, courier companies, tour operators, and other airline staff.
  • •Ensure adherence to safety and security standards, manage lost/found/damaged baggage processes, and coordinate assistance for delayed passengers, VIPs, and unaccompanied children.

Key Requirements
