Key Responsibilities

•Develop and optimize strategies for asset management of railway vehicles
•Develop and refine maintenance strategies, programs and concepts
•Support management in creating efficient, data-driven maintenance processes
•Contribute to analysis work and advisory related to future-proofing vehicle fleets
•Assess risks, reliability, recovery times and maintenance economics

Key Requirements

•Several years of experience in maintenance or asset management of railway vehicles
•Good understanding of vehicle life cycle, RAMS data or maintenance economics
•Ability to lead projects and drive development work independently
•Strong analytical and communication skills
•Relevant education or equivalent experience
