Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement company quality control and surveying standards to maintain positional accuracy during construction.
  • •Supervise a group of personnel, balance work assignments, and instruct surveyors on site tasks.
  • •Establish main control station, main datums, and grid lines from client drawings; coordinate discrepancies/errors with management and design teams.
  • •Advise management on time- and cost-efficient surveying methods for construction operations and manage back-charge requirements for extras.
  • •Produce, maintain, and analyze survey reports (as-built and setting-out drawings), and maintain records including equipment calibration/service logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
  • •Professional qualification with chartered membership (e.g., CIOB or RICS) or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of Qatar Surveying manual (QSM) and ability to maintain surveying standards.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills; proficiency with surveying-related IT/software and modern surveying instruments.
