Claims Specialist, Personal Lines Auto - Waterloo or Montreal (Waterloo, ON, CA)

Handle personal lines auto insurance claims for low to moderate complexity, serving as the customer’s primary point of contact by phone. Document and maintain accurate claims records, analyze liability and coverage, develop case strategy, and set reserves. Assess damages, negotiate settlements within authority limits, ensure quality and legal compliance, and coordinate referrals to subrogation and fraud teams. Work in a hybrid model with in-person presence three days per week in Waterloo or Montreal.
