Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and scale a regional team of 6–8 Forward Deployed Engineers, setting performance expectations and career growth paths
  • •Serve as the primary executive technical sponsor for top engagements, managing relationships from IC engineers to C-suite
  • •Maintain delivery quality across projects with proper scoping, milestones, and clean handoffs to customer engineering teams
  • •Translate business outcomes into technical implementations and surface product gaps that inform roadmap decisions
  • •Build reusable playbooks and train partner ecosystems (GSI/consulting) to extend the FDE motion at scale

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience leading technical teams that build and ship in production — Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar function where writing and reviewing code is part of the job
  • •Experience with software development and coding in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • •Experience building and owning AI-native workflows in production and debugging real-world model failures
  • •Ability to diagnose complex enterprise engineering environments, identify high-leverage interventions, and scope meaningful engagements
  • •Proven track record hiring, developing, and scaling IC-level technical teams with strong scoping and delivery discipline
