Lead store operations and partner with the store leadership team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, maintain visual merchandising standards, and supervise daily opening/closing and floor coverage. Support sales performance by tracking KPIs and goals, manage stockroom and inventory flow, and uphold loss prevention, safety, and company policies while fostering an inclusive, high-performing store environment.
