Key Responsibilities

•Identify opportunities to grow revenue, increase market share, improve portfolio yield, and accelerate growth across CEMEA.
•Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support sales strategy, account planning, annual operating plans, and commercial prioritization.
•Modernize, standardize, and govern the CEMEA reporting and decision intelligence ecosystem.
•Analyze market trends, client performance, portfolio dynamics, and deal strategy to uncover growth opportunities.
•Lead strategic, cross-functional transformation programs, establishing performance management disciplines, operating rhythms, and KPI frameworks.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business planning, sales operations, consulting, analytics, or related disciplines.
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred).
•Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.
•Advanced analytical capabilities, including reporting, dashboards, and performance management.
•Experience leveraging AI/GenAI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve business performance.
