Key Responsibilities

  • •Arrange transport of goods with shipping or freight companies and arrange for delivery.
  • •Notify consignees, passengers, or customers of freight arrivals and advise clients on transportation and payment methods.
  • •Prepare manifests and shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices) and transmit relevant data to destinations.
  • •Check import/export documentation to determine cargo contents and classify goods into fees/tariff groups; estimate rates and record shipment costs and weights.
  • •Perform warehousing and cargo handling tasks including storing, stacking/palletizing, rearranging/inventory, retrieving stored items, and loading/unloading cargo; handle hazardous materials and requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.24 - 25.87

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated expertise in Windows-based computer programs, including Excel and Word.
  • •Previous customer service experience.
  • •Must be willing to work in inclement weather and work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
  • •Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
  • •Must be a U.S. citizen or show proof of right to work in the U.S., and possess a valid Driver’s License.
