Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, plan, and coordinate projects to ensure smooth delivery of credit collection services, including offshoring migrations and process reviews.
  • •Provide prompt responses and recommendations on credit policies to adapt to a fast-changing market.
  • •Initiate and manage legal proceedings by instructing external solicitors/counsel and ensuring cases meet timelines and budgets.
  • •Ensure legal recovery activity follows Group standards, local regulatory expectations, and fair customer treatment principles.
  • •Manage external solicitor firms, set guidelines for law firms, and coordinate hearing-related documentation and stakeholders as required.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in credit risk or complaint handling and project management for retail banking products.
  • •Good understanding of portfolio management techniques including analytics.
  • •Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • •Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
