Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, deploy, and troubleshoot automated test scripts and software frameworks for production, end-of-line verification, environmental-stress screening, and acceptance testing.
  • •Develop and maintain version-controlled test software, test procedures, and production test fixtures for qualification and production environments.
  • •Plan, execute, and oversee hardware environmental qualification and compliance testing (e.g., MIL-STD, DO-160, IPC), including data collection and documentation.
  • •Operate and maintain the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) lab, including configuration, cabling design, and integration of test benches, fixtures, and instrumentation.
  • •Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and cross-functional engineering teams to execute verification testing (e.g., DVT/regression) and isolate root causes for integration issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in hardware qualification testing, HIL testing, or test automation.
  • •Strong understanding of hardware/software QA processes and test automation frameworks, including scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • •Hands-on experience setting up and connecting hardware components, test fixtures, and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, DAQs).
  • •Familiarity with Linux and embedded systems/firmware concepts, plus ability to obtain a US Government security clearance (Active Security Clearance preferred).
