Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Packaging, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Bachelor’s + 5 years relevant experience, or Master’s + 4 years, or PhD + 3 years.
  • •Strong understanding of packaging materials, equipment, material interaction, and packaging test methods.
  • •Strong understanding of modified atmosphere and thermoforming.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams, communicate effectively, and manage multiple assignments; ability to coach others and travel up to 30%.
