Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Conduct consultative evaluations of customer homes and recommend upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new smart home system to protect their families.
  • •Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership training to grow within the organization.
  • •Perform a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both technician and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and good driving record; ability to pass post-offer background investigation and required licensing.
