Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a legal business partner to Wiz’s EMEA revenue teams by summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks to business stakeholders.
  • •Own the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of a wide range of legal agreements and advise on contract interpretation to accelerate contract velocity.
  • •Understand customer and internal stakeholder context and address issues from their perspective.
  • •Triage a heavy workflow by setting priorities and delivering results efficiently.
  • •Support improvements to agreement templates and legal processes while managing agreements that align with company policies and risk tolerance.

Key Requirements

  • •Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one country in Europe.
  • •4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
  • •Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts (SaaS, professional services, partner agreements, NDAs).
  • •Strong communication skills in English and either French or German (written and verbal).
  • •Authorized to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.
