Key Responsibilities

•Participate on collaborative, cross-disciplined integrated product teams using agile software development techniques.
•Own the full lifecycle of product development from architecture and design through integration, test, and field support.
•Work to achieve the highest software engineering process maturity level as recognized by the Software Engineering Institute.
•Support integrated product delivery across software and other engineering disciplines, programs, and external stakeholders.
•Apply embedded/real-time engineering expertise to deliver mission-focused software capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Experience in software engineering across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle.
•Prior experience leading a small engineering team.
•Experience with software development using C++.
•Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), embedded programming, and processor/board architecture and design.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance and U.S. citizenship required; typically requires a STEM degree (or advanced degree) with 8+ years (or 5+ years with advanced degree).
