Job Summary

Partner with Financial Advisors and Branch Associates to support Baird Private Wealth Management’s mutual fund and ETF platform. Serve as a subject matter expert on investment solutions and help evaluate clients’ needs with a financial planning lens. Coordinate policy decisions and ongoing platform maintenance to support REG BI compliance, develop and deliver educational content, and collaborate across Legal/Compliance, Operations, and Investment Solutions. Occasional travel supports advisor/branch education events.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a subject matter expert to Financial Advisors and Branch Associates on mutual funds and ETFs.
•Consult with Financial Advisors and Client Specialists to evaluate clients’ needs and navigate investment solutions with elements of financial planning.
•Act as a liaison between internal and external partners to ensure alignment with compliance, supervision, and operations procedures and policies.
•Maintain internal and external relationships and retain in-depth familiarity with the investment products platform to support advisors and portfolio managers.
•Coordinate and execute policy decisions and ongoing platform maintenance to support REG BI compliance, including annual mutual fund and ETF product rationalization.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
•SIE, Series 7, and 66 licensed required within 12 months of start date.
•Ability to learn and navigate Baird Private Wealth Management technology platforms (Thomson ONE, ValueOne, Morningstar).
•Exceptional written and verbal client service skills.
•Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
