Job Summary

Analyze and improve safety and health (S&H) practices by identifying opportunities, implementing programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the company’s Environmental, Safety and Health Management System framework. Coordinate field compliance, assess and communicate S&H risks and requirements, support incident investigations, conduct job site inspections and industrial hygiene assessments, and deliver training while presenting performance data to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

•Research and provide developmental input into new safety and health procedures and practices, and facilitate field compliance.
•Identify and communicate safety and health risks and regulatory requirements, and recommend appropriate control measures.
•Provide safety and health information and consultation to stakeholders, and represent the facility/company as warranted.
•Facilitate investigations of safety incidents, including employee accidents, property damage, compliance deviations, and near misses.
•Conduct job site inspections, workplace assessments for industrial hygiene risks, and develop and deliver safety and health training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,000 - 125,000

Key Requirements

•Experience composing, compiling, and preparing reports and correspondence.
•Experience interacting, advising, training, and communicating effectively.
•Experience developing information and making presentations.
•Knowledge of OSHA regulations for the General and Construction Industry.
•Knowledge of ESH Management System principles and industrial hygiene.

Education:Bachelor's in environmental, safety, and health or related field
